This course is certified by the CPD Certification Service.
The Strategic Commander (Gold) must work with partner agencies, gain shared situational awareness and a joint understanding of risks, prioritise tasks, establish a clear strategy, and maintain public confidence under intense scrutiny.

A legal professional specialising in emergency response supports strategic course delivery, offering insight into the legislative framework, including the Civil Contingencies Act, providing best practice in maintaining strategic decision logs and preparing for an inquiry.

This will be linked to your risk register and developed in consultation with your organisation to ensure we test your plans, maximise learning and deliver the outcomes you require.
